We have duly equipped, controlled temperature ample rooms, and with strict microbiological control for the storage of cylinders in maturation.

Our manufacturing plant with latest machinery and state of the art technology, such as vacuum sealing, centrifuges, we also have over 200 highly trained workers wearing suitable clothing for the production of anchovy in the various presentations.
